1. Introduction
Monar AI LLC ("Monar AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the monar.ai website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, and job title. If you sign up through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive the profile information you authorize that provider to share.
Google Data
If you connect your Google account, we may access certain Google user data as authorized by you during the OAuth consent flow. This may include your Google profile information, Google Calendar events, Gmail messages, and Google Workspace data. See Section 5: Google User Data for full details.
Usage Data
If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics to collect information about how you interact with our public marketing website, including pages and sections viewed, calls to action used, approximate engagement, referring URLs, browser type, and device information. We do not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, or health information to Google Analytics.
Some links distributed by Monar use a first-party short URL so we can understand whether the link was requested, likely opened in a visible browser, or engaged with. We separate common automated preview requests from consented browser confirmations. We do not store IP addresses or complete user-agent strings for this purpose. When a short URL is intended for one recipient, the internal recipient label stays in Monar's restricted analytics workspace and is not sent to Google Analytics or included in the destination URL. A request shows that someone with the URL accessed it; it does not prove that a particular named person clicked it.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use necessary cookies and browser local storage to maintain session state and remember your preferences. Google Analytics does not load until you accept analytics through our cookie controls. You can decline analytics or change your selection later through the Cookie settings control. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
When you follow a Monar tracked link, we may set a short-lived first-party receipt cookie for up to 30 minutes. The receipt confirms a visible visit only after analytics consent and is cleared after engagement or when it expires.

4. Billing and Payment Information
We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to collect and process payments. When you submit payment information, your payment details are processed by Stripe. Monar AI may receive and store related billing information, such as your name, business name, billing address, phone number, email address, payment method type, card brand, last four digits, expiration date, Stripe customer ID, transaction IDs, invoice records, tax information, payment status, and billing history.
We use billing and payment information to create customer accounts, verify payment methods, process payments, calculate taxes, issue invoices and receipts, manage billing thresholds, detect and prevent fraud, resolve payment disputes, provide customer support, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements.
We may share billing and payment information with payment processors, tax calculation providers, accounting providers, fraud prevention providers, professional advisors, and government authorities where required by law.
We do not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers on Monar AI systems when payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout.
Do not submit protected health information, patient treatment details, diagnosis information, clinical notes, or other sensitive health information through Stripe checkout, invoice descriptions, payment metadata, billing support messages, or payment dispute materials unless expressly authorized in writing by Monar AI.
