What you'll do

Build features, run releases and fix incidents in production software.
Work from written specs with acceptance criteria.
Write tasks for AI coding agents, review their changes and take responsibility for what ships.
Over time, take full ownership of components.

You have shipped and operated production software that real customers used, including releases and incident fixes.
You are strong in TypeScript or a typed backend language and have built backend services with a real database.
You have taken a feature from a written spec to production without close supervision.
You have handled access control, secrets, multi-factor sign-in and logging that keeps sensitive data out of production logs.
You use AI coding agents in daily work and review their output critically.
