Operations and Finance Manager
What you'll do
- Run finance and operating administration.
- Set a fixed monthly close date and build a filing calendar with named owners.
- Work with an outside accountant on tax returns and required reports.
- Run payroll, maintain employee tax records and report cash and obligations monthly.
- Track contracts and obtain counsel review before signature.
- Keep insurance and statutory records current.
- Manage devices and employee access, coordinate recruiting and onboarding logistics, and invoice customers.
